Requirements include 3+ years in professional baking and pastry, ServSafe certification preferred, and strong communication. Monday–Thursday evenings, 4:00 PM to 9:30 PM.

Qualifications

• Experience with teaching, coaching, or industry training is a plus.
• ServSafe Food Protection Manager certification preferred (or willingness to acquire upon hire).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; passion for mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Hands-On Instruction: Deliver dynamic classroom and lab instruction covering foundational to advanced baking and pastry techniques.
• Safety & Best Practices: Demonstrate and enforce standard food safety, sanitation protocols, and commercial kitchen best practices.
• Student Mentorship: Evaluate student performance, provide constructive feedback, and guide students toward industry readiness.
• Classroom Management: Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and professional learning kitchen environment.
• Team Collaboration: Work alongside Culinary Arts faculty to align course delivery with industry standards.
