Evolving Solution Services in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a Post Bake Operator to support ongoing production of our baking machinery and packaging operations. This role focuses on safe, accurate processing and adherence to quality standards.

The position requires basic math, reading instructions, and effective communication with team members. It is an on-site, hands-on role with multiple shifts and potential overtime based on production needs.

Qualifications

• Must be able to understand and follow direction and pass all Food Safety and Safety courses in English.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent (Required).
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide numbers with decimals.
• Ability to read computer screens and enter data.
• Read and follow work instructions.
• Communicate effectively with co-workers.
• Work independently with self-management.
• Mechanically Inclined.

Responsibilities

• Attend and be on time for all pre-shift production meetings.
• Participation and adherence to all food safety and safety programs.
• Completion of required courses throughout the year.
• Execute the daily production schedule and process orders.
• Ensure packaging materials are correct for each product.
• Ensure packaging information is correct.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and equipment.
• Ensure packages meet weight and count requirements.
• Monitor equipment to verify proper function.
• Record batches, materials used, deviations, and processing parameters accurately.
