• Must understand and follow directions and pass all Food Safety and Safety courses in English (Required)
• Read and follow work instructions with accuracy
• Communicate effectively with co-workers
• Work independently and be self-managed

Responsibilities

• Attend and be on time for all pre-shift meetings
• Follow GMPs and sanitation procedures
• Keep daily paperwork accurate and complete
• Ensure packing setup is correct and equipment is clean
• Communicate relevant information across shifts and teams
• Welcome new team members and assist training
• Report any food safety or quality problems to management
