Red Ribbon Glendale (CA) is seeking a Bakeshop Supervisor to join its team. This position supports the Bakeshop General Manager and store leadership in achieving business goals through effective operations, quality control, and staff management.

The role requires at least a high school diploma, 1 year of team leadership experience in food/retail, and the ability to work varied schedules including holidays. Candidates must be authorized to work in the USA and fully vaccinated against COVID-19

Qualifications

• Completed high school education.
• At least 1 year experience as a Team Leader in a food or retail setting.
• High energy level; ability to work varying schedules including holidays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 prior to employment; accommodations considered where allowed.
• Authorized to work in the USA.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Bakeshop GM/Store Management in achieving store business goals through operations support.
• Implement the Product/Service Quality or Cleanliness & Sanitation program as assigned.
• Execute Crew Management activities and cost management tasks.
• Oversee operations of the Packaged Program as assigned.
