The candidate will lead a store team, ensure compliance with government and internal standards, and drive performance across all KPIs. Ideal candidates will have at least a high school education, 2+ years as a team leader in food or retail, strong communication, and

• Completed at least high school education.
• At least 2 years experience as a Team Leader in charge of service/quality in food or retail.
• High energy level and ability to work varying schedules including holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented, self-driven and fast learner.
• MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
