Responsibilities

• Weighs, prices, and packages customer orders.
• Understands venue menus and stays informed on specials and changes.
• Follows cash handling procedures related to service venues.
• Monitors product quality and freshness; ensures proper rotation.
• Completes spoilage and transfer records as needed.
• Arrives on time, groomed, and ready to work; attends trainings.
• Provides excellent customer service and uses suggestive selling.
• Maximizes sales through proper prepping, storing, rotating, merchandising.
• Follows procedures including health, sanitation, and safety rules.
• Maintains a clean, sanitary environment and proper equipment upkeep.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties; checks signs and pricing.
• Reports safety hazards and violations immediately.
• Performs other duties as assigned by leadership.
• Demonstrates flexibility to assist on the floor as needed.
• Engages with customers and Team Members with professionalism.
