• Monitor cooking times; set temperatures for proofing.

• Keep logs for temperature, sanitation, and safety.
• Arrive on time, groomed, and ready to work; attend trainings.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers promptly.
• Maximize sales through proper prepping, storing, stocking, and merchandising.
• Follow safety, Weights & Measures, and sanitation procedures.
• Maintain clean and safe work and shopping environments; uphold equipment standards.
• Perform opening, mid, and closing duties and ensure correct pricing.
• Report safety hazards promptly and comply with leadership directions.
