Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking team members to perform customer service, stocking, and sanitation tasks. You will provide courteous, friendly service to customers and Team Members while following store SOPs and assisting on the floor with other duties as needed.

Responsibilities include weighing, pricing, packing orders, handling cash procedures, maintaining product quality and cleanliness, and supporting health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Standing/walking 6-8 hours per shift.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Passion for natural foods and Whole Foods Market mission.

Responsibilities

• Weighs, prices, and packages customer orders.
• Stays informed about venue menus and specials.
• Follows cash handling procedures.
• Monitors product quality and freshness; rotates stock.
• Completes spoilage/transfer records as needed.
• Arrives on time; participates in trainings and meetings.
• Delivers excellent customer service and uses suggestive selling.
• Maintains proper signs and pricing; open/close duties as assigned.
• Reports safety hazards promptly; adheres to health and safety rules.
• Performs other duties as assigned by leadership.
