Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking Team Members to support customer service, stocking, and sanitation. Employees will ensure a positive store image by providing courteous, friendly, and efficient service, while following SOPs and adapting to on-floor needs.

Team Leaders will engage with customers and help as needed to uphold WFM values. The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, flexible scheduling including nights and weekends, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Able to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Weighs, prices, and packages customer orders.
• Understands venue menus and stays updated on specials.
• Follows cash handling procedures.
• Monitors product quality and freshness; ensure proper rotation.
• Completes spoilage and transfer records as needed.
• Attends required trainings and meetings.
• Delivers excellent customer service and uses suggestive selling.
• Maintains clean and safe work environment.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties and verifies pricing.
• Reports safety hazards and incidents.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
