Responsibilities

• Keeps cases and shelves clean and well stocked with front-facing displays.
• Stocks and cleans shelves, bins, and display areas.
• Monitors spoilage and communicates waste to relevant staff.
• Maintains back stock in good order.
• Assists with sampling program and keeps samples appealing.
• Supports periodic inventory checks.
• Arrives on time and is prepared for scheduled shifts and trainings.
• Provides excellent customer service and uses suggestive selling when appropriate.
• Preps, stores, rotates, and merchandises products to maximize sales.
• Follows health, safety, and sanitation procedures and maintains clean work areas.
• Reports safety hazards and incidents promptly.
• Performs other duties as assigned by leadership.
