Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 1-3 years' bakery experience; 3-5 years baking, donut and cake decorating experience in a teaching setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver strategic training and demonstrations for Walmart bakeries to enhance in-store knowledge.
• Build and maintain relationships with in-store management and associates.
• Maintain territory coverage with prescribed training frequency and keep records up to date.
• Conduct hands-on product training for bakery associates in seminars of varying size.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
