Equiliem is seeking a Training Coordinator in Saint Paul, MN to develop and improve training processes for bakery production staff. The role involves extensive time on the production floor (about 80%) to learn and support daily operations, collaborating closely with the Bakery Leader to ensure procedures are followed.

The position emphasizes onboarding, documentation, and consistent training practices across shifts, with a 7:00 AM–4:00 PM schedule and hourly pay of $25.00.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Computer proficiency and ability to maintain training records.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn and perform all bakery production roles.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stack boxes up to 7 feet high.
• Experience working on a bakery production floor preferred.
• Ability to follow safety and production procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain training processes and procedures for bakery production operations.
• Streamline onboarding and training processes for new hires.
• Organize, update, and maintain employee training files and documentation.
• Spend approximately 80% of working time on the production floor learning and supporting production activities.
• Learn and demonstrate the tasks and responsibilities associated with all production positions.
• Support consistent implementation of training procedures across production roles.
• Communicate training needs, progress, and concerns to the Bakery Leader.
• Maintain accurate training records and ensure documentation is organized and accessible.
• Perform production duties as needed to support training and operational requirements.
• Follow established safety, quality, and production procedures.
