Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes in La Quinta, CA is hiring a Team Member to support all bakery areas, including guest service, cake finishing, and frosting. You will help create memorable experiences for our guests in a fast-paced, welcoming shop.

You'll be cross-trained across tasks, maintain a clean, food-safe environment, and join a fun, team-oriented culture with flexible scheduling, paid training, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Friendly, dependable, and customer-focused.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting.
• Previous retail, customer service, food service, or bakery experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Provide excellent customer service and help guests select products.
• Prepare, decorate, frost, and package cakes according to brand standards.
