Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak, analyze, interpret English.
• Stand/walk for the duration of a shift.
• Able to lift 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Able to work in varying temperatures.
• Able to work with fresh, dried and/or processed products and spices.
• Able to interact with customers in a friendly manner.
• Follow company policies and safety requirements.
• Complete all duties in accordance with QA and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean, neat, organized, and safe work environment.
• Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Follow recipes to produce bakery items according to formulas/recipes.
• Operate equipment to mix, bake, or process ingredients.
• Rotate merchandise to ensure freshness and proper stock.
• Adhere to QA hygiene, signage, and inventory procedures.
• Assist in other departments as needed.
• Maintain punctual and regular attendance.
