Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in bakery or customer service preferred.
• Knowledge of bakery products preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Answers questions and recommends bakery items.
• Proofs and bakes unfinished bakery goods following production charts.
• Packages freshly baked goods including cookies, Danish pastries, muffins, rolls, breads, pies, cakes and other items.
• Decorates special order or case products.
• Rotates and stores bakery products per food safety procedures.
• Receives, inspects, and stores bakery shipments.
• Cleans and sanitizes equipment and surfaces in the bakery.
