Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking team members for the Bakery department to support receiving, preparing, stocking, and selling products per WFM standards. You will help with deliveries, case upkeep, and shelf displays while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

No retail experience is required, with a wage range of $17.50–$25.40 per hour and flexible shifts including nights and weekends. Full and part-time opportunities are available, with benefits and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensures fresh, appealing displays; front-facing and stock rotation.
• Stocks and cleans shelves and display areas.
• Monitors spoilage and communicates waste to leadership.
• Maintains back stock in good order.
• Assists with sampling program and inventory checks.
• Arrives on time, groomed and ready to work; attends trainings.
• Provides excellent customer service and suggests products to customers.
• Maximizes sales through proper prep, storage, rotation, and merchandising.
• Follows health, sanitation, and safety procedures.
