Whole Foods Market in Wall Township, NJ is seeking a friendly Bakery Team Member to support receiving and preparing product, stocking shelves and displaying items while upholding WFM standards. Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Able to lift 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensures fresh, appealing displays by keeping cases and shelves clean and stocked.
• Stocks and cleans shelves, bins, and display areas.
• Monitors spoilage and communicates waste to buyers and leads.
• Maintains back stock in good order.
• Assists with sampling program and keeps sample areas full and appealing.
• Performs periodic inventory checks.
• Arrives on time, groomed and ready to work; attends trainings.
• Provides excellent customer service and uses suggestive selling techniques.
• Maximizes sales through proper prep, storage, rotation, stocking and merchandising.
• Follows health, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Maintains a clean, sanitary working and shopping environment.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties; ensures pricing accuracy.
• Reports safety hazards and violations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
