Job summary

Whole Foods Market in Ohio is seeking team members for the Bakery department to receive and prepare products, display items attractively, and sell in line with WFM standards. You will stock shelves, manage back stock, and participate in tastings and inventory checks while delivering courteous service to customers and Team Members.

Role requires everyday teamwork, strong communication, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Ensures fresh, appealing displays by front-facing and stock checks.
• Stocking shelves, bins, and display areas; monitor spoilage.
• Maintain back stock and assist with sampling programs.
• Attend trainings, work required shifts, and provide friendly customer service.
• Follow procedures for pricing, safety, and cleanliness.
• Report safety hazards and assist with other duties as needed.
