Job summary

Albertsons Companies is seeking a friendly Baker to create fresh breads, pastries, cakes and desserts in a fast‑paced grocery bakery. You will measure, mix, shape, bake, decorate and display products to ensure consistent quality and appealing presentation.

You will support daily production planning with the bakery team, maintain a clean, safe workspace, and assist customers with product questions and special orders, delivering friendly, efficient service.

Qualifications

• Experience in baking or food production preferred.
• You follow recipes and maintain product quality.
• You can work in a fast-paced bakery environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare breads, pastries, cakes and desserts using recipes and methods.
• Measure, mix, shape, bake, and decorate items as needed.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and rotate/label ingredients.
• Display products attractively in cases and ensure full stock.
• Assist bakery team with daily production planning and customer service.
• Help customers with product questions and special orders.
