Job summary

You will keep display cases clean, assist with inventory, and help maintain loss prevention measures. Ideal candidates read, write, and communicate effectively, are able to work 4+ hour shifts, and pass a 60-day probation.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must have valid identification.
• Must read, write, and communicate to complete job duties and follow company policies.
• Must complete the company introductory (probationary) period of 60 days.
• Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements.
• Must be able to use or learn to use the equipment and tools for this job.
• Must perform all job functions safely.
• Must meet the company performance standards, including regular attendance.
• Must wear the proper assigned clothes and shoes for this job.
• 1 year of work experience or technical training preferred

Responsibilities

• Review the work schedule at the start of shift and ensure PPE readiness.
• Assemble and bake goods by following recipes and placing trays in ovens.
• Package, wrap, label baked goods; print labels; clean display cases; stock fresh goods.
• Clean and sanitize all work surfaces, tools, equipment, display cases, floors and counters.
• Track and record loss as part of loss prevention.
