Responsibilities

Review the work schedule at the start of the shift and prepare needed supplies and PPE.
Assemble and mix ingredients, place on trays, bake goods, and move racks as needed.
Package and wrap baked goods, print labels, and locate merchandise in display cases.
Clean and sanitize all work surfaces, tools, equipment, display cases, floors and counters.
Track and record loss as part of theft prevention.
