• Must have basic reading, writing and communication for job duties
• Must complete the company introductory period (probation) of 60 days
• Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements for this position
• Must be able to use or learn equipment and tools used for this job
• Must perform all job functions safely and meet performance standards
• Must maintain regular attendance and wear proper issued clothes/shoes
• 1 year of work experience or technical training preferred

Responsibilities

• Review work schedule at shift start and prepare equipment, PPE and supplies.
• Assemble and bake goods by mixing ingredients and placing trays in oven.
• Package, label, display and wrap baked goods, maintain clean display cases.
• Clean and sanitize all work surfaces, tools, equipment, displays, floors and counters.
• Track and record loss as part of security and shrink control.
