Responsibilities

• Review work schedule and prepare for duties at start of shift.
• Assemble and bake goods, place trays in ovens, and bake.
• Package and label baked goods and keep display cases clean.
• Clean and sanitize all surfaces, tools, equipment, displays, floors and counters.
• Track and record loss.
