Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes is hiring a Team Member to support guest service, cake finishing and frosting in a fun, welcoming bakery environment. You’ll be cross-trained across areas to help deliver memorable experiences for guests.

You’ll greet guests, assist with product selection, decorate and package cakes, and help keep the shop clean and organized. This role emphasizes teamwork, flexibility, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, customer service or bakery is a plus.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Provide excellent service and help guests select products.
• Prepare, decorate, frost, and package cakes to brand standards.
• Maintain a clean, food-safe workspace.
• Support bakery operations including stocking and merchandising.
