Qualifications

• Prior bakery or food prep experience preferred.
• Familiar with baking techniques, recipes, and equipment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to food safety.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Food handlers permit required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake baked goods, including bread, pastries, and cakes.
• Label and price products; manage inventory and freshness.
• Greet customers; take orders in person and by phone; decorate cakes.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines.
• Maintain clean workspace and uphold uniform guidelines.
