Job summary

Berlin Farmstead Restaurant in Berlin, OH, is hiring kitchen and retail staff to help bake pies and bread, follow recipes, and prepare baked goods for sale in a busy, guest-focused setting.

You will use mixers and other equipment, monitor oven temperatures, and keep prep and retail areas clean and stocked. Training is provided, with Sundays off and staff discounts as part of the benefits.

Qualifications

• SafeServ certification – training may be provided if not present.

Responsibilities

• Bake pies and bread.
• Use electric mixers and other equipment.
• Use established recipes.
• Mix ingredients consistently.
• Adjust oven temperatures.
• Check baked goods for quality.
• Check production schedule to determine what and how much to bake.
• Clean prep areas.
• Price baked goods and keep shelves and coolers stocked in retail area.
