Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to work & learn in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to work 15-40 hours a week.

Responsibilities

• Meet & greet guests and provide excellent customer service.
• Contribute to Panera's culture of warmth and belonging.
• Support manager and team across shifts and tasks.
• Learn multiple positions such as cashier, baking, drive-thru, salad & sandwich making, barista, dishwashing, and dining room upkeep.
• Represent Panera with a friendly demeanor, take orders, and ensure a great guest experience.
• Assist in preparing items quickly, correctly, and safely.
