Responsibilities include optimizing store layout, achieving sales targets, training staff, maintaining vendor relations, and ensuring safety and health standards.

Qualifications

• 18+ months retail Team Member experience and 6+ months supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains store layout and product merchandising.
• Work with Team Leader to achieve sales, purchasing, and labor targets.
• Assist Team Leader in analysis of sales, reports and labor.
• Demonstrates advanced product knowledge and keeps aware of new products.
• Maintain vendor relationships and ensure paperwork for vendor processing.
• Resolve team concerns or issues with Team Leader.
• Act as point person in absence of Team Leader.
• Set and achieve high standards of retail execution.
• Foster a positive environment of teamwork and morale.
• Monitor customer flows and direct Team Members to satisfy customers.
• Select, train, mentor, motivate, and counsel Team Members.
• Provide timely performance evaluations.
• Communicate and model WFM vision and goals.
