• Demonstrates advanced product knowledge and knowledge of new products.
• Maintains good vendor relationships and ensures paperwork is submitted for vendor processing.
• Resolves team concerns in collaboration with Team Leader.
• Acts as point person in absence of Team Leader.
• Sets high standards of retail execution.
• Fosters a positive environment with teamwork and morale.
• Maintains awareness of customer flows and directs staff to delight customers.
• Trains and mentors Team Members to sustain high performance.
• Provides timely performance evaluations.
