Whole Foods Market in Bellevue, WA seeks a Team Member with supervisory responsibilities to support daily operations, merchandising, and customer service. You will assist the Team Leader with profitability, expense control, buying, and labor, while developing Team Members and upholding health and safety standards.

The role emphasizes strong product knowledge, vendor liaison, and leadership to maintain retail execution and an outstanding customer experience.

Formación

• 18+ months retail Team Member experience and 6+ months of supervisory experience.
• Ability to lead and develop team members through coaching and mentoring.
• Strong product knowledge and focus on customer service.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and maintains creative store layout and product merchandising.
• Works with Team Leader to achieve sales, purchasing, and labor targets.
• Assists Team Leader in analysis of sales, reports and labor.
• Demonstrates advanced product knowledge and develops / maintains awareness of new products.
• Maintains vendor relationships and ensures paperwork for vendors is submitted.
• Leads in absence of Team Leader and ensures high standards of retail execution.
• Fosters a positive environment of teamwork and morale.
• Responds to customer needs and questions with courteous service.
