Panera Bread in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a Team Manager to lead shifts, support team development, and uphold the high standards our guests expect. You will coach, motivate, and develop others to exceed goals in sales, speed, order accuracy, and guest experience.

The role also includes interviewing, training on food safety, and helping build a culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust. Flexible hours, including nights and weekends, are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead great shifts while directing, motivating, coaching and developing others in a fast-paced environment.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve certification).
• Flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Background check required as part of offer.
