The role requires strong leadership, the ability to train and motivate teams, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends in a fast-paced bakery-cafe environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain) prior to start.
• Flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment.
• Background check required for employment.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage daily operations on shift to ensure quality food and service.
• Develop and coach team members, celebrate achievements, and drive sales and guest satisfaction.
• Participate in interviewing and selecting staff; lead onboarding and training on safety standards.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and guest experience.
