Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• ServSafe certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest satisfaction through food quality, service, and staff.
• Lead, manage, and develop team members to exceed goals in sales, speed, order accuracy, and guest experience.
• Participate in interviewing and selection of new staff.
