Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred with 12+ months in a similar role.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong training and mentoring abilities for team development.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and delegates tasks to Bakery Team Members.
• Works with Bakery Trainer to build a high-performance team.
• Assists in training of new Team Members.
• Keeps cases and shelves clean, well-stocked and rotated.
• Opens and closes department per procedures.
• Ensures required breaks are given.
• Communicates team concerns to leadership.
• Sets high standards of retail execution.
• Fosters positive teamwork and morale.
• Responds to customer needs and questions.
• Trains and mentors Team Members to reduce turnover.
• Provides performance evaluations and aligns with WFM goals.
