Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform all functions of a Bakery Manager in their absence.
• Adhere to the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
• Provide products and services meeting internal and external requirements.
• Maintain presentation, reduce out-of-stocks, and decrease shrink.
• Coordinate marketing plans with other departments to meet store financial goals.
• Oversee training to reduce turnover and control labor costs.
• Track inventories and gross monthly profit per policy.
• Manage inventories by weekly reports and ordering materials to maximize profits.
• Willing to work the hours needed to complete tasks.
• Work in a store with daily bakery department activities.
