Job summary

The position requires 3–5 years of experience in a bakery leadership role, with the ability to manage in the absence of the manager. Lifting up to 100 pounds and being at least 18 years old are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in bakery leadership or management (3–5 years).
• Ability to manage team members and operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform all functions of a Bakery Manager in their absence.
• Adhere to Collective Bargaining Agreement.
• Ensure products and services meet customer requirements and company standards.
• Maintain store presentation, reduce shrink, and increase sales.
• Coordinate marketing plans with other departments to meet objectives.
• Oversee training to reduce turnover and control labor costs.
• Maintain inventories and records to calculate gross monthly profit.
• Order raw materials and supplies to meet customer needs and maximize profits.
• Willing to work the hours needed to complete tasks.
• Work in a store with daily bakery department activities and equipment.
