Responsibilities include overseeing staff, ensuring compliance with policies, maintaining displays, and collaborating across departments to meet financial goals.

Qualifications

• Experience required: 3 to 5 years.
• Education: No High School diploma required.
• Lifting: Up to 100 pounds.
• Age: At least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Perform all functions of a Bakery Manager in their absence.
• Adhere to the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
• Provide products and services meeting internal/external requirements.
• Maintain presentation, reduce out-of-stocks, and decrease shrink.
• Develop and implement marketing plans with other departments.
• Oversee training to reduce turnover and control labor costs.
• Track inventories and gross monthly profit per policy.
• Manage inventories by weekly reports and ordering materials.
• Willing to work the hours needed to complete tasks.
• Operate in-store with daily bakery activity and equipment.
