Our Bakery Team Leader manages the entire bakery team and ensures smooth operations. You'll guide Team Members and guests in designing birthday cakes and arranging platters for parties. Leaders are responsible for the department's performance, represent the organization professionally, and promote respect, inclusion, diversity, and dignity. Regular coaching and feedback are essential for team development.

Job Description

• Experience Required: Retail work experience or Store Leader recommendation
• Experience Desired: Retail leadership or supervisory experience; performance as a Peer Trainer or in-store champion; relevant product knowledge; good performance and discipline record
• Education Desired: High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification or Licensing Required: Varies by department
• Lifting Requirement: Up to 50 pounds

• Age Requirement: At least 18 years of age
