Job summary

The GIANT Company is hiring for a retail store position at our Thorndale location on Lincoln Highway. You’ll support daily store operations, stock shelves, prepare displays, and assist customers to create a clean, welcoming shopping environment for our neighbors.

Qualifications include work authorization in the U.S., being 18 or older, ability to read and follow safety rules, and willingness to complete a 60‑day probationary period.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must have valid identification
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate to complete job duties and comply with policies
• Must be 18 years of age
• Must complete the company introductory (probationary) period of 60 days
• Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements and be able to perform all job functions safely
• Must be able to use or learn to use equipment and tools used to perform this job
• Must meet company performance standards including regular attendance
• Must wear proper assigned clothes/shoes for this job
• 1 year of work experience or technical training preferred
• Must complete in-house forklift-training program (job specific)

Responsibilities

• Review work schedule at shift start and prepare with required PPE and supplies
• Enter orders, schedule work, supervise/train team members, stock items, and manage price changes
• Assemble and bake goods, package and label products, maintain displays
• Clean and sanitize all surfaces, tools, equipment, displays, floors, and counters
