Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively
• Must be 18 years of age
• Must complete the company introductory period (60 days)
• Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements
• Must be able to operate equipment safely
• Must meet performance standards including attendance
• Must wear proper attire and shoes
• Must have a valid identification
• 1 year of work experience or technical training preferred
• Must complete forklift-training program (job-specific)

Responsibilities

• Review work schedule and prepare for duties at the start of the shift.
• Enter orders, schedule work and production, supervise and train team members, receive/store/stock items, check dates, adjust pricing, and perform department tasks.
• Assemble and bake goods, place on trays and racks, and bake in ovens.
• Package and label baked goods, print labels, clean display cases, and stock fresh goods.
• Clean and sanitize all surfaces, tools, equipment, displays, floors, and counters.
• Oversee Starbucks operations.
