Job summary

Panera Bread is seeking a Team Manager to lead shifts, support team development, and uphold our high standards for food quality, service, and guest experience. You will be part of the bakery-cafe's leadership team, driving performance and delivering consistent results.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years of restaurant management, a ServSafe certification or ability to obtain one, and flexibility to work nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• 1+ years of restaurant management experience.
• Proven ability to lead shifts while directing, motivating, coaching and developing others.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve certification).
• Flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Make sure every guest is delighted by the quality of our food, service, and staff.
• Build engaging relationships that lead to long-term, loyal guests.
• Lead, manage and develop team members by coaching, inspiring, and motivating them to exceed goals in sales, speed, order accuracy, and guest experience.
• Participate in the interviewing and selection process.
• Train the team in food safety standards and ensure they are maintained.
