Qualifications

• Retail leadership experience, including 12+ months supervising a team.
• 24+ months retail experience.
• Food safety certification; willing to complete within 6 months.
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills.
• Inventory management and merchandising capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Holds ATLs, supervisors and Team Members accountable for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Builds a positive work environment of teamwork, respect and morale.
• Makes hiring and separation decisions.
• Monitors and achieves sales, purchasing, and labor targets.
• Maintains proper product assortment, merchandising, and inventory control.
• Collaborates with department leaders and vendors.
• Keeps knowledge of competitors and industry trends current.
• Sets and achieves high standards of retail execution.
• Directs Team Members to satisfy and delight customers.
