You will hire, develop, and manage Team Members, maintain product assortment, and collaborate with department leaders and vendors to achieve sales and quality targets. The role requires strong leadership, deep product knowledge, and adherence to food safety standards.

Qualifikationen

• 24+ months retail experience including 12+ months of team leadership.
• Food safety certification; willing to obtain certification within 6 months if not current.
• Strong leadership and customer service orientation.
