Raley's in Scottsdale is seeking a Bakery Team Lead to direct all bakery department activities, ensuring quality, accuracy and customer satisfaction. You will supervise staff, assist bakers with decorating, manage weights, pricing and signage, and keep production and storage areas clean and organized.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising bakery operations and staff.
• Ability to provide fast, friendly customer service.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Direct and supervise all bakery department activities.
• Provide fast, friendly customer service.
• Manage weights and pricing with scale/printer.
• Maintain pricing signage and shelf tags.
• Keep bench, production and storage areas clean and organized.
• Assist decorators and bakers with cake icing and decoration.
• Take orders and ensure on-time completion.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
