Qualifications

• 6 months experience in bakery production or supervising a team.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Successful completion of required trainings and assessments within time period.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Bakery team to meet the club's business plan and member expectations.
• Maintain knowledge of product specs, production safety, sanitation and quality.
• Lead with integrity and ensure adherence to policies and company standards.
• Use handheld tech to plan, train, and monitor production and quality.
• Develop processes with managers and coworkers to improve operations.
