You will be a team leader who ensures production quality, safety, and compliance while using handheld tech to guide decisions and training. This role emphasizes guest focus, training, and operational excellence.

Qualificações

• 6 months experience in a bakery production department or 6 months experience supervising a team.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• I acknowledge that the position requires me to successfully complete all job required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period if I receive the position.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Bakery department team to meet the business plan and uphold policies.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, specs, and seasonal items to ensure quality and safety.
• Leverage handheld technology to plan for sales, training, and product quality decisions.
• Drive operational excellence with proper staffing, inventory accuracy, and clean work areas.
• Teach and coach team members, develop talent, and promote growth opportunities.
• Promote integrity, ethics, and compliance in daily operations and customer service.
