Responsibilities include directing department personnel, ordering supplies, merchandising, coaching and training, and ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements. This role requires reliability, teamwork, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct bakery department personnel to meet goals.
• Manage bakery operations when lead is off duty.
• Coordinate with bakery lead, store director and specialist.
• Order supplies to maintain stock levels.
• Merchandise bakery goods per standards.
• Execute and support sales/merchandising initiatives.
• Lead, coach and train the team; perform evaluations.
• Ensure health dept and weights/measures compliance.
• Monitor pricing, signage and shelf placement.
• Keep check stands and production areas clean.
• Take customer orders and ensure on-time completion.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
