Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and communicate to complete duties and follow safety policies.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must complete the 60‑day probationary period.
• Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements.
• Must be able to use or learn equipment and tools.
• Must perform all job functions safely.
• Must meet performance standards including regular attendance.
• 1 year of work experience or technical training preferred.
• Must complete forklift-training program.

Responsibilities

• Review the work schedule at shift start, prepare equipment and supplies, comply with PPE requirements, and prepare for duties.
• Enter orders, schedule work, supervise/train team members, stock items, check dates, adjust pricing, and perform department tasks as needed.
• Assemble and bake goods, place on trays, move to oven, and bake.
• Package and wrap baked goods, print/label, clean display cases, and stock fresh goods.
• Clean and sanitize all work surfaces, tools, equipment, display cases, floors and counters.
