The Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek and Waldorf Astoria Orlando are looking for their next Bakery Supervisor to join the culinary team! These two one-of-a-kind properties boast 12 different dining outlets. The ideal candidate will have a strong bakery background, specializing in danishes, croissants, pastries, specialty breads, and other high-quality baked goods from scratch. This individual will have a minimum of 3-5 years of pastry and baking experience and extensive expertise in hotel operations, as this role will support a complex hotel environment. Will help oversee a team of 4-6 people.
Shift Pattern: Typical shift times are from 6am-3pm but full availability is required, including weekends and holidays.
Pay Rate: $26.10 per hour
