Job summary

85°C Bakery Cafe in Henderson, NV is hiring a Store Supervisor to join our management team. You will run daily operations when managers are away, lead shifts, train staff, and ensure the store is guest-ready from open to close.

We offer a base hourly rate of $20.50–$22.00, a monthly performance bonus, and benefits including health insurance and PTO. A high school diploma is required, and opportunities for advancement exist as you grow with our expanding brand.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of restaurant or retail experience preferred; lead experience a plus.
• High school diploma required; AA/BA degree preferred.
• Organized, dependable, and confident making decisions.
• Strong communication, training, and customer-service skills.
• Availability of ~35+ hours per week, including holidays, weekends and holidays.
